SERVICES

Your wellness journey is important to us.

COUNSELLING

Our counselling services provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space for individuals and couples to navigate life’s challenges, strengthen relationships, and support emotional well-being. We offer both in-person and secure telehealth sessions, and proudly accept NIHB clients to ensure accessible care for Indigenous communities. Whether you’re working through stress, trauma, or life transitions, we’re here to support your growth and healing.

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY

Our occupational therapy services help you engage more fully in the activities that matter most. Through a holistic, personalized approach, we support individuals facing injury, chronic conditions, or daily life challenges by building practical strategies that enhance independence, function, and overall well-being.

NUTRITION THERAPY

Nutrition therapy at Cradled Wellness offers personalized, practical guidance to support your health, energy, and relationship with food. We focus on sustainable, realistic changes tailored to your lifestyle and goals, helping you nourish your body in a way that feels balanced, supportive, and achievable.

CLINICAL SUPERVISION

Our clinical supervision services are designed to support mental health professionals in developing confidence, ethical practice, and clinical skill. Through a collaborative and reflective approach, supervision provides space to explore client work, strengthen clinical decision-making, and deepen the integration of trauma-informed and mind-body approaches. Each session is tailored to your professional needs, supporting growth, accountability, and sustainable practice in the mental health field.

NEW! NURSE PRACTITIONER

Our nurse practitioner services provide comprehensive, person-centred healthcare across the lifespan, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of a wide range of health concerns. We work collaboratively with you to support physical, emotional, and overall wellness through evidence-informed care, preventative health strategies, and personalized treatment plans tailored to your needs and goals.

HOLISTIC PRACTITIONER

Our holistic services—including reflexology, Reiki, and BodyTalk—are designed to restore balance and promote deep relaxation across mind and body. These gentle, integrative therapies support the body’s natural healing processes, reduce stress, and provide a restorative experience tailored to your individual needs.

INFRARED SAUNA

Our 3-person infrared sauna offers a warm, calming space to relax, recharge, and reconnect. Designed to support both physical and mental well-being, sessions may help promote circulation, ease muscle tension, support detoxification, and reduce stress. Whether you’re enjoying quiet solitude or sharing the experience with others, our sauna provides a cozy, restorative escape as part of your wellness routine. (Please consult your healthcare provider if you have any health concerns before use.)
